These are the same seeds that we grow our "Common"
and rootstock trees from. We collect these seed from our favorite
Pawpaw patch in the Arkansas Ozarks, which has above-average fruit
quality.
These Pawpaw seeds have been kept under moist refrigeration since
harvest, their stratification requirement has been met, and they
are ready to grow! We recommend these for:
-
-
Attracting Zebra Swallowtail Butterflies
-
-
-
Reforestation
|
|
We ship
them in damp sphagnum, since Pawpaw seed must not be allowed to
dry out. They should be kept moist and cool, but not frozen, until
planted. There are about 250 seed in a pound. |
